Job Summary
Senior Business Banker responsible for managing Citi’s business relationships >$1MM and supporting credit originations >$250K. Focus on deposits, cash management, credit, and complex deals; lead portfolio retention, credit quality, and growth. Acts as SME and support resource for complex credit inquiries in the assigned market; develops credit structures and full credit packages for exposures >$250MM; conducts annual reviews and site visits; collaborates with Credit Risk; drives sales production and market leadership; ensures strict KYC/AML compliance and adherence to regulatory policies; leverages analytical skills and market knowledge to uncover opportunities and provide timely insights. Education: Bachelor's required; Master’s preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Master’s degree preferred
- 6-10 years banking experience
- Business and/or Commercial Credit training preferred
- Exceptional consulting skills; ability to probe, listen, clarify and present information
- Demonstrated analytical skills; ability to assimilate complex financial information
- Mortgage loan originator registration with NMLS (or ability to obtain)
