Job Summary
Identify business challenges and opportunities for improvement to develop and test strategies impacting the bottom line. Perform modeling and analytics to assist new product and pricing strategies for lending products, while supporting direct-to-consumer marketing efforts and credit risk improvements. Build targeted insights to inform customer experience design and go-to-market strategies by connecting future credit trends to historical behavior. Work closely with IT, Sales, Operations, and Finance to drive improvements in quality, volume, service, and profitability through rigorous hypothesis testing and operational feasibility analysis.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of professional experience performing analysis
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer engineering, Software engineering, Mechanical engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
Desired Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business or quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Physical Sciences, Math, Statistics, Engineering
- 1+ years of experience in Statistical model building
- 1+ years of experience in market research
- 1+ years of experience in SQL querying
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis
- 1+ years of experience in consulting
