Job Summary
Senior SAP Business Analyst role focused on SAP SD and SAP MM. Responsible for analyzing business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and user stories, supporting SAP implementations and enhancements, and acting as a bridge between business stakeholders, development, and QA teams. Responsibilities include requirement analysis and documentation, ensuring clarity for development and QA, providing functional expertise in SD (Order-to-Cash: Sales Orders, Delivery, Billing, Pricing) and MM (Procure-to-Pay: PR, PO, Goods Receipt, Invoice Verification), designing feasible SAP solutions, aligning solutions with business processes, collaborating in Agile/Scrum with business users, developers, and QA, supporting testing and UAT, and driving process improvements and regulatory compliance. Ideal candidate has 5–8 years of BA experience in SAP, hands-on SD/MM expertise, understanding of SD-MM and FI integrations, SAP configuration knowledge, strong communication, and ability to work in cross-functional/global teams. Preference for experience with Brazil localization and QA/testing lifecycle, and prior Agile/Scrum exposure.
Required Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in SAP environment
- Hands-on experience in SAP SD and/or SAP MM modules
- Experience in end-to-end business processes (O2C & P2P)
- Strong understanding of SD processes (Pricing, Billing, Delivery)
- MM processes (Procurement, Inventory, Invoice Verification)
- Knowledge of integration points (SD-MM, FI integration is a plus)
- Familiarity with SAP tables, reports, and basic configuration
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to articulate requirements clearly and concisely
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Ability to work in cross-functional and global teams
- Preference for Brazil localization / tax processes
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Exposure to QA/testing lifecycle
- Key collaboration with distributed/global teams
