Sr. Business Analyst, SAP

Job Summary
Senior SAP Business Analyst focusing on Brazil and LATAM tax and regulatory updates across SAP modules. Translate tax and regulatory requirements from LATAM countries, including Brazil, into SAP system changes; act as SAP Subject Matter Expert for Brazil/LATAM updates; develop functional specifications and test strategies for Development and QA teams; design and execute comprehensive test plans; collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure full regulatory compliance (SPED, NF-e/NFS-e, ICMS/IPI/ISS, IBS, CBS); build and maintain end-to-end understanding of Brazil business processes and SAP configurations; create and maintain user stories and release guidance; enable knowledge transfer across Global Tax & Regulatory, Development, and QA teams; work in a remote, virtual team environment; strong written and verbal communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of Brazil SAP project experience
- Strong knowledge of Brazil localization tax and regulatory requirements (SPED, NF-e/NFS-e, ICMS/IPI/ISS)
- Knowledge of Brazilian tax reform topics (IBS, CBS)
- Experience with SAP module configuration across multiple versions
- Ability to work with Global Tax & Regulatory, Development and QA teams
- Ability to design test plans and user stories for Scrum teams
- Proficiency in documenting Business Analysis and Functional Specifications from tax/regulatory requirements
- Remote work capability in a virtual environment
- English and Portuguese language proficiency
