Sr. Business Analyst - People Strategy & Analytics

Job Summary
Conduct analysis to identify business challenges and opportunities, developing hypotheses and testing solutions across product, marketing, and credit risk domains. Build risk models and create targeted insights to inform new customer experiences and go-to-market strategies. Collaborate with IT, Sales, Operations, and Finance to drive improvements in quality, volume, service, and profitability while leveraging AI tools for data quality and storytelling. This role on Team Truth sets intent for analytically-driven HR priorities within People Strategy & Analytics. Candidates will apply strategic skills to major company challenges in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of professional experience performing analysis
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer engineering, Software engineering, Mechanical engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
Desired Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business or quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Physical Sciences, Math, Statistics, Engineering
- 1+ years of experience in Statistical model building
- 1+ years of experience in market research
- 1+ years of experience in SQL querying
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis
- 1+ years of experience in consulting
