Job Summary
Sr IT Business Analyst to optimize and enhance NetSuite-based order-to-delivery workflows across ecommerce, B2B EDI, and direct channels. Leads functional testing, translates business requirements into functional specifications, collaborates with Enterprise Architecture and IT Operations, and trains stakeholders. Primary focus on NetSuite Order Management, order fulfillment, and multi-channel processing; responsible for documenting current and future-state processes, running test plans, and ensuring data flows and integrations between NetSuite and external platforms. Collaboration with sales, customer operations, and IT to improve processes, reduce manual work, and shorten fulfillment cycles.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- 5–10 years IT business analysis, functional analysis, or systems support experience with focus on order management, supply chain, or fulfillment processes
- Hands-on NetSuite experience (order entry, sales orders, fulfillment, inventory management)
- Understanding of multi-channel order processing (ecommerce, EDI, direct sales) and related workflows
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in functional testing, process mapping, and requirements documentation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to translate between business and technical language
- Ability to create clear, user-friendly documentation and training materials
