Job Summary
Senior Business Analyst role in McDonald’s Global Technology, based in the Mexico City office, focusing on identity lifecycle and access management. Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document IAM requirements; partner with technology leadership to define scope and dependencies; facilitate BRD discussions; translate business requirements into technical specifications; create user stories, Epics, and tasks in Jira or Azure DevOps; serve as SME for McDonald’s IAM application; collaborate with QA/testing to support defect analysis and UAT; operate within Agile Scrum; maintain cross-stakeholder communication.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Business Technical Analyst roles
- preferably IAM or security domains
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts (Identity lifecycle, RBAC, ABAC, MFA, consent management)
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proven ability to coordinate across business and technical teams
- Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps for user story and feature management
- Familiarity with ASP.Net applications and Azure platform (no coding required)
- Experience with IAM tools like SailPoint or Saviynt is a plus
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Basic understanding of cloud computing and identity governance (no coding required)
- Knowledge of Active Directory (AD), Microsoft Entra ID, Virtual Directory Services (VDS)
- Experience in HR system integrations for identity feeds
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
