Job Summary
Senior IT Business Analyst responsible for bridging business needs and technical solutions across the full SDLC. Operates as a liaison among business stakeholders, IT teams, and external consultants to validate requirements, develop use cases, design and test solutions, and ensure end-to-end delivery. Key activities include requirement validation, gap analysis, documenting business and technical requirements, developing project plans, coordinating dependencies, and guiding acceptance testing. Requires strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, with experience in SQL databases and MS Office tools to support data analysis, process flows, and functional specifications across projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business Administration with an emphasis in Management Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
- 3 to 5 years of direct experience in a Business Analyst or similar role, including full lifecycle process development and execution
- Experience with relational databases, preferably Microsoft SQL Server
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Visio)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
