Job Summary
Conduct interviews, workshops, and analysis sessions to elicit business requirements for finance-related systems including ERP, accounts payable, treasury, and financial close. Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications while developing process flows and use cases. Partner with stakeholders to manage the demand pipeline, ensure compliance in system design, and provide regular progress updates to the IT PMO. Validate requirements for testing activities and create test plans. Maintain alignment between business integrations stakeholders and technical teams to support strategic objectives in financial domains.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years supporting Microsoft D365 F&O
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field
- 3–5 years as a Business Analyst in IT or related field
- Proficiency in tools such as MS Office, Visio, and requirements management software
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Excellent analytical and documentation skills
- Strong background in finance and accounting
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
- Knowledge of POS systems or supply chain
- Experience with finance-related applications including ERP, accounts payable, financial close and consolidation and/or treasury
