Sr. Business Analyst (Client Delivery)

Job Summary
Sr. Business Analyst, Client Delivery leads end-to-end system implementations and process improvements, translating complex business requirements into technical specifications and facilitating alignment between business needs and software solutions. The role acts as a primary liaison between user communities and technical teams, mentors junior analysts, and coordinates with offshore teams as needed to drive successful deployments. Key duties include front-end team collaboration to ensure system implementations are aligned with current and new platforms, creating functional specifications and design documents, developing technical solutions from business requirements, managing client relationships, and delivering comprehensive documentation and test plans. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 4+ years of experience, strong SQL and API skills, CRM/issue-management experience (Salesforce preferred), Agile/SDLC proficiency, excellent communication, and experience with MLS Listing Software or real estate is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 4+ years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in SQL
- Experience with API implementations
- Prior experience implementing and managing client-facing CRM and issue management systems
- Experience with Salesforce is highly desired
- Proficiency in Agile development methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in client-facing roles
- Experience with MLS Listing Software or the real estate industry is a strong plus
- Strong project management capabilities to monitor progress and ensure successful delivery
