Job Summary
Sr. Business Analyst role (Contract, 6 months) focused on IT portfolio rationalization for HCA. Responsibilities include facilitating discussions, organizing a methodical approach to data review, validation, and driving action on non-standard solutions across the enterprise. Requires foundational ITSM knowledge and ability to analyze and document work using ITSM (ServiceNow) and Productivity Tools (MS Office, PowerBI). Strong verbal/written communication, executive presence, and ability to collaborate with executives. Reports to the Manager of Application Rationalization (APM).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related area
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in IT/Project Management
- Experience working with executives
- Foundational knowledge of IT Service Management concepts
- Experience with ITSM (ServiceNow)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- PowerBI
