Job Summary
Conduct large-scale IT implementation projects focusing on IBM Maximo Asset Management, specifically within Asset Management, Preventive Maintenance, Capital Project Delivery, and Service Requests. Document As-Is and To-Be business processes using BPMN while managing QA, Functional Testing, UAT, and Defect Management via JIRA. Requires 10+ years of Business Analysis experience and 2+ years with Maximo v7/v8/v9. Contract duration of February 2027 with a hybrid schedule in Toronto.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of Business Analysis experience on large-scale IT implementation projects
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Maximo Asset Management / IBM Maximo Application Suite (v7/v8/v9)
- Strong experience with Maximo implementations, particularly in: Asset Management, Preventive Maintenance, Capital Project Delivery, Contract & Vendor Management, Service Requests & Work Orders, Web, Mobile & Geospatial technologies
- Experience documenting As-Is and To-Be business processes using BPMN
- Experience with QA, Functional Testing, UAT, Test Planning, Defect Management, and JIRA
