Job Summary
Senior Building Maintenance Manager overseeing maintenance for a multibuilding property with 500+ units; leads maintenance staff, coordinates preventative maintenance, manages vendor bids and service contracts, ensures safety compliance and budgeting, handles resident concerns and turnover quality, and supports startup and warranty processes under the direction of the Director of Maintenance or RMM.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or Supervisor
- 2 years+ experience managing multibuilding Property with 500 units or more
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Proficiency with computers and maintenance-related software
- Availability for weekends and emergency calls as needed
