Sr. Budget Analyst

Oversees financial planning, budgeting, execution, and reconciliation for FRCSW’s major appropriations. Provides advisory support to leadership on fiscal strategy, long-range forecasting, financial risk, and resource allocation. Reviews financial health, develops executive-level reports, validates cost realism, and ensures compliance with DoD financial regulations. Guides junior analysts and oversees workflow for funding document management. Requires proficiency in Navy ERP and MS Excel, along with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and significant experience in federal financial management.
