Job Summary
Senior BSA/AML QA Analyst focused on quality assurance of SARs/No-SARs, CTRs, and AML monitoring processes. Performs QA reviews of investigation documentation, assesses regulatory compliance and data accuracy, identifies trends to improve detection/reporting, and prepares QA reports for management. Partners with cross-functional teams to enhance AML monitoring systems and expand the QA program, with required ongoing BSA/AML/OFAC training and ability to work a structured hybrid schedule (minimum 3 days in-office, rest remote). Must have 5+ years AML experience; ACAMS/CFE a plus; strong Excel/SQL skills; must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Location-specific requirement: Tampa, FL; Cincinnati, OH; or Birmingham, AL based on the posting, with a hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- 5 or more years of AML compliance experience in a financial institution, MSB, or FinTech
- Experience conducting financial crime investigations, money laundering monitoring and/or investigations or other relevant BSA/AML experience
- Experience in AML-related quality assurance and training programs
- Excel skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be organized, efficient, and professional
- Must be extremely detail oriented
- ACAMS or CFE certification a plus
- SQL experience
