Job Summary
Senior Manager, Brand Marketing DACH translates regional priorities into executable marketing programs across Germany, Austria, Switzerland and selected CEE markets. Hands-on delivery with operational excellence and stakeholder alignment, partnering with DACH Commercial Leadership and EMEA Brand Marketing to ensure plans are well planned and delivered. Responsibilities include DACH marketing execution, integrated planning, content creation and curation (B2B events, thought leadership decks, case studies), asset management, sales alignment, strategy input for annual/half-year planning, and producing clear communications. Requires strong execution with structured calendars, ownership clarity, and a disciplined operating rhythm. Fluent German and English; focus on brands, demand, events, content, and integrated marketing within the AdTech ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
- 8-10 years marketing experience across brand, demand, events or integrated marketing
- experience in sales enablement, marketing, or content strategy roles
- deep understanding of B2B sales cycle, buyer personas, and content marketing
- proven ability to manage stakeholders and deliver against shared goals
- solid understanding of programmatic advertising and the AdTech ecosystem
- fluency in German and English
