Job Summary
Shape the Fresh Cranberry business growth strategy by balancing supply complexity with optimal demand opportunities across Grocery, Mass, and Club channels. Lead cross-functional teams through the FUEL stage gate process to renovate the Craisins® offering and guide ABM efforts for a full-funnel Holiday Campaign. Own the full P&L for the USA Foods Base Business, interpreting quantitative and qualitative datasets to drive revenue, profit, and brand equity goals. Coach Associate Brand Managers to break down P&Ls and consumption drivers, turning insights into smart actions that deliver strong returns for Grower Owners. This role reports to the Senior Director of USA Foods, offering significant visibility and cross-functional leadership within a farmer-owned cooperative.
Required Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting both quantitative (e.g. syndicated POS, panel) and qualitative datasets, and translating insights into actionable strategies
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and to coach teams to reach decisions amidst competing factors
- Superior presentation skills, both in ability to develop compelling stories and to effectively deliver those stories to audiences at all levels within the organization
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to influence without authority
- Solid understanding of P&L management, volume forecasting, annual budgeting, and key financial drivers
- Candidate should be a self-starter who has demonstrated strong ownership and leadership capabilities in prior roles
- 7+ years of experience in CPG Brand Management, including base and innovation
- Bachelor's or University Degree

- MBA or advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Experience within Food or Beverage CPG
- Experience managing and developing direct reports
