Job Summary
As a Sr Solutions Architect I on the BPM Enablement Platform team, you will design and develop operational efficiency-focused platform solutions that align with business outcomes. You will serve as the technical point-person for BPM platform technologies, assist in the development of modernization roadmaps, and ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements. Responsibilities include overseeing transitions from legacy systems, monitoring system performance, and translating business requirements into technical solutions. This position requires expertise in BPM technologies, cloud-native architectures, and strong leadership skills.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of software development
- Experience with Appian, Chorus/AWD, Automation technologies (Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.), and C# Java or .Net expertise
- Ability to communicate with Developers and Business personnel effectively
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with AI and Machine Learning
- Master’s degree or higher in a related field
- Experience working in the life insurance industry
- Evidence of increasing levels of responsibility
- Experience with Containerization technologies, AWS, and Spring Framework
- Understanding of common architectural patterns (12 factor, Enterprise Integration Patterns, etc.)
