Job Summary
Guide, deploy, and execute the Medtronic Performance System (MPS) methodology to support holistic operational excellence. Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing ERP/MES applications, serving as liaison between project management, planning, and line management. Lead multiyear strategic initiatives for SAP migration to S/4 Hana and MES roadmap while monitoring project status, budgets, and schedules from initiation through delivery. Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals. This role requires 50% travel and is based remotely to enhance cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced degree
- 7 years of relevant experience with ERP migrations, transactional process mapping and planning & sourcing
- 5 years of relevant experience with ERP migrations, transactional process mapping and planning & sourcing
- Broad management knowledge and experience to lead project teams
- Current and valid Passport
- Availability to travel up to 50% annually
- U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree or MBA
- M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) integration experience
- QAD (and other ERP's) to SAP migration
- Technical credibility combined with people leadership
- Direct contact experience working with suppliers
- Demonstrated ability to lead, energize, and influence change at all levels of a complex organization
- Proven experience leading cross-functional, multi-site, or multi-regional initiatives
- Strong communication and cross-cultural leadership skills
