Job Summary
Sr Bioreactor Support Specialist in 1st shift providing bioreactor assembly, maintenance, and support at customer sites. Key duties include reactor assembly/maintenance, tube maintenance, advanced reactor part-assembly and modifications, autoclave operation and sterilization, parts distribution and ergonomic tool use, pressure testing in sterile environments, and maintaining Good Documentation Practices with CCMS for equipment status and calibration schedules. Requires ability to operate in a lab/service environment with PPE, 30–40 lb lifting, and potential overtime; high attention to detail, strong communication, and familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools. Education path includes a high school diploma/GED with Associate degree preferred; 2+ years mechanical assembly/maintenance experience and Bioreactor experience preferred. Located in Cambridge, MA, US for a full-time, senior-level role on the Unity Lab Services team.
