Sr Biomedical Equipment Technician

Job Summary
Administer daily shop operations by providing critical repair, incoming inspection, calibration, and maintenance services for medical treatment and diagnostic equipment. Conduct preventative maintenance, safety tests, and calibration while repairing equipment and prioritizing workload with minimal supervision. Manage work order records, resolve customer service issues, order parts and supplies, and cross-train technicians. Requires a valid driver's license, 5+ years of experience servicing technical equipment, and participation in a rotational on-call schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Backfills CE Lead as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Other in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical or Mechanical Engineering or related field, or equivalent military education, graduate of technical program, or equivalent training validated through training certifications or equivalent experience, upon hire
- A minimum of 5 years' experience servicing technical equipment
- A valid Driver's License
- This position requires participation in a rotational on-call schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Candidates must be available to respond to urgent service needs outside of regular business hours
- Candidates may be required to return to the facility on short notice
