Job Summary
Develop and maintain next-generation data analysis pipelines, assisting in algorithm development, validation, and feature extraction for biological questions. Contribute to genomic and clinical database maintenance while performing statistical and integrative data analysis on genomics and clinical datasets. Supervise team members and other data analysts, establishing standard operating procedures, documentation, and scripts for custom reports. Progress materials for bioinformatics tutorials and training courses, and test the characterization and integration of diverse third-party bioinformatics algorithms. Adhere to university policies to safeguard assets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Learning Agility: Ability to learn new procedures, technologies, and protocols, and adapt to changing priorities and work demands
