Sr. BI Claims Adjuster (Personal Auto)

Evaluate and investigate auto lines claims by examining coverage, liability, and damages to settle within proper reserves. Conduct thorough investigations including obtaining documents, forms, witness statements, and recorded statements while establishing and adjusting initial reserves for all exposures. Assist customers and claimants with questions via phone or correspondence, negotiate settlements with claimants, insureds, and attorneys, and manage outside vendors effectively. Prepare accurate reports with recommendations and recognize recovery opportunities regarding total loss and salvage. This in-office role requires a valid Texas Adjuster License and 5-8 years of Bodily Injury and Large Loss Specialist experience.
