Job Summary
Senior AWS DevOps Engineer to architect, build, and deploy AWS cloud infrastructure with Kubernetes, IaC, and robust CI/CD pipelines; responsible for security, monitoring, and mentoring junior engineers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in software/computer engineering, computer science or related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps engineering
- 4+ years of using CI/CD tools (Jenkins, CircleCI, Gitlab, or similar)
- Experience in Infrastructure as code (Terraform / CloudFormation / CDK)
- Experience with container orchestration tools (Kubernetes/EKS or ECS, Rancher)
- Experience with configuration management tools (Puppet, Ansible)
- Experience with containers (Docker)
- Scripting experience (Bash, Python, Ruby, Go or JavaScript)
- Strong communication skills in English
- Hands-on expertise with AWS cloud space and solution architecting
- CI/CD workflow design and management
- Production Kubernetes cluster design/deployment
- Monitoring/logging (Prometheus, Opentelemetry, Grafana, ELK)
- Networking/VPNs/DNS/load balancing/firewall
- Cloud-native security standards
- Nice-to-have AWS certifications (SAA/DevOps)
- CKA
