Sr Automation Mechanical Engineer

Job Summary
Senior-level automation mechanical engineering role overseeing automation projects for cost reduction, quality improvement, capacity increase, and production process optimization. Responsibilities include leading cost-saving projects, equipment development, process modification for continuous improvement, implementation of new products, development of automation and control projects, machinery installation and layout changes, updating mechanical drawings, prototyping and improving machinery, coordinating with remote office teams, external suppliers, and ensuring ISO 13485 compliance. Requires international travel for project coordination, participation in Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, and collaboration with Engineering and Maintenance to meet company goals.
Required Qualifications
- Completed Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electromechanical, Mechatronics)
- World-Class Manufacturing courses
- 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Extensive experience in 3D Design and Drawing (SolidWorks)
- Experience in PLCs, electronics, pneumatics, servo motors
- Proven experience in automation and electrical control systems
- Basic knowledge in vision systems, robots, laser marking, and CNCs
- Advanced English
