Job Summary
Sr. Automation Engineer with Emerson DeltaV DCS experience to lead configuration, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of DeltaV-based control systems. Focus on configuration/programming, installation, maintenance, testing, startup, upgrading, and support across DCS, PLCs, and related instrumentation. Role involves traveling to remote customer sites in the United States, with option to work remotely from Spokane, WA or other nearby remote areas, and up to 50% travel. Requires 4+ years DeltaV DCS experience, strong computing, server, and networking skills, and an instrumentation/engineering background. Valid driver’s license and ability to pass drug/alcohol screening, plus ability to comply with customer site access requirements and work eligibility in the U.S.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of DeltaV DCS experience
- Strong computer, server, and networking skills
- Instrumentation (I&E) and/or engineering background
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol screening
- Must be able to comply with customer site requirements for access/entry
- Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. and have a stable work history
- Ability to travel up to 50%
