Required Qualifications

  • Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to train managers

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree or Advanced Education in retail management or similar concentration preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel
  • Proven leadership skills including business acumen and team leadership
  • Ability to work without supervision

Additional Requirements

  • Must be willing to work holidays, evenings, and weekends as required
  • Must lift up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Must be available for on-call duties during weekends and holidays
