Job Summary
Deliver technical support for inquiries regarding new business and format changes, while ensuring continuous improvement project rollout, completion, and embedding. Compile, analyze, and report production KPIs through daily reports, weekly briefings, and margin reviews, producing metrics and presentations for operational leads. Identify and implement AI solutions for reporting, data extraction, and predictive problem solving. Requires Yellow belt qualification, strong knowledge of folding operations, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of folding operations and machine capabilities
- Demonstrable experience of excellent communication skills with all levels of the operation
- Advanced and efficient on the use of Microsoft Office and in particular Excel and Power Point
- Proficient in the use of AI
- High levels of professionalism and standard of work
- Analytical and progressive thinking
- Thoroughness - ability to see projects through to completion and conclusion
- Ability to both work on own initiative and take direction from management team
Desired Qualifications
- Yellow belt qualification desirable with experience of involvement in continuous improvement projects and activities
