Job Summary
Lead or participate in cluster-level projects, facilitating meetings and discussions to achieve objectives within timelines and budget; design and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks; analyse data to assess programme effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations; support strategic planning and workplan development; prepare reports and proposals; collaborate with stakeholders across teams to drive care integration and service transformation in the National Healthcare Group, Administration. Requires a degree and at least 4 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau) is advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in any discipline with at least 4 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in data analysis and interpretation
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) or IT/digitalisation initiatives would be an advantage
