Job Summary
Manage and develop Singapore's water resources across five Operations Departments, including reservoir management, water treatment plant operations, network maintenance, and water reclamation infrastructure. Support plant operations and maintenance of equipment while acting as a first respondent to on-site incidents for investigation, troubleshooting, and resolution. Conduct routine inspections of drainage networks in flood-sensitive areas and patrol reservoirs, catchment areas, pumping stations, and pipelines. Attend and manage customer feedback regarding water supply or drainage matters, and assist engineers in project budgeting, tender preparation, and project management. Deployed to locations such as Jurong, Ulu Pandan, Kranji, or Changi as required.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Engineering (eg. Civil/Environmental, Mechanical and Electrical as well as other relevant disciplines)
- Able to work well independently and in teams
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess a positive, can-do attitude
- Competent in basic computer skills, e.g. use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel spreadsheet, Powerpoint, etc.)
