Job Summary
Own and drive growth initiatives for eBay's US Parts & Accessories (P&A) by identifying and executing opportunities across the P&A business, driving milestones, establishing operational guardrails, and building executive-ready presentations. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment across the portfolio and create processes to support scalable success. Requires strong analytical and strategic skills, data-driven storytelling, the ability to distill insights from research, and a high level of ownership in a small, nimble team. Exceptional executive-level verbal and written communication to present narratives backed by data and research; willingness to work hard, learn, and provide feedback.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS required
- 3+ years related experience
- 2+ years at a top-tier management consulting firm, investment bank, or in a strategy role at a major corporation
- MBA or similar graduate degree preferred
- Strong SQL proficiency preferred
- Interest and/or experience in Motors and e-commerce a plus, but not required
