Job Summary
Own designated financial workstreams including accruals, position management, and headcount forecasting by leading process design, continuous improvement, and automation initiatives. Synthesize data and operational insights to drive change management across time zones, delivering clear, data-informed narratives that support stakeholder decision-making. Oversee quality assurance against defined timelines and SLAs while documenting scalable operating procedures and controls. Access and transform cross-platform data to assess trends and risks, applying critical thinking to pressure test assumptions and design practical solutions that improve financial operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Business, or related field
- minimum 3 years of experience in finance, finance accounting, management consulting, investment banking, or related field
- equivalent experience
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in the technology industry
- 5+ years of relevant experience (FP&A, Finance Operations, or related)
- Analytical skills with proficiency in Excel
- experience with SQL and data tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau)
- Experience in program management and owning projects end-to-end
- ability to drive alignment across functions and complex stakeholder maps
- a record of proactive problem solving
- a strong sense of ownership when tackling complex organizational issues
- Comfort operating in a global delivery model
