Job Summary
Support and operate the bank’s enterprise market data platforms and vendor feeds to ensure stable, resilient delivery of real-time and reference data to trading and business applications across cloud and on-premises environments. Provide L1/L2 operational support for platforms (e.g., LSEG RTDS, Bloomberg B-pipe, exchange feeds), monitor health, troubleshoot issues, coordinate recovery, act as liaison with vendors/exchanges for incidents and changes, plan production activities including upgrades and migrations, assist onboarding of new applications, collaborate on entitlement and audit requests, and maintain documentation while improving monitoring and automation.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience supporting market data platforms such as LSEG RTDS, Bloomberg B-pipe, or direct exchange feeds
- Solid understanding of real-time data distribution, symbology, and entitlement models (e.g. DACS, EMRS)
- Experience supporting mission critical production systems with high availability requirements
- Familiarity with Linus/Unix environments and scripting (Python/Bash/PowerShell)
- Exposure to AWS or hybrid cloud environments is advantageous
- Working knowledge of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change)
- Experience with monitoring and automation tools is preferred
- Any experience with Trader Voice and Voice Recording (IPC, NTR, VFC) would be advantageous
