Sr Associate / Specialist - Health Underwriting

Conduct Tele-MER calls to capture accurate medical disclosures and coordinate PPMC scheduling with laboratory availability. Own assigned cases from allocation through underwriting decision or reproposal closure, explaining Add Info and PPMC outcomes to customers. Perform proactive follow-ups for Tele-MER, Add Info, and callbacks while maintaining real-time updates in underwriting systems. Collaborate with CMU, Operations, and Pre-Sales teams to ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards, and audit requirements.
