Job Summary
Sr Associate Site Reliability Engineer III role focusing on designing, deploying, and maintaining reliable, scalable infrastructure and applications. Responsibilities include guiding design consensus, building deployment strategies with CI/CD pipelines, developing solutions for availability and scalability, implementing infrastructure as code, collaborating across teams, understanding service level indicators/objectives, promoting SRE best practices, and mentoring others. Required skills cover Python/Java/.Net, cloud and AI domains, observability tools (Grafana, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Datadog, Splunk), CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Terraform), containerization (ECS, Kubernetes, Docker), networking troubleshooting, clear communication, proactive learning, technology scouting, and initiative to drive innovation.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in site reliability engineering culture and principles, with experience implementing them in applications or platforms
- Skilled in at least one programming language such as Python, Java/Spring Boot, or .Net
- Strong knowledge of software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., Cloud, artificial intelligence, Android)
- Experience with observability tools including Grafana, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Datadog, Splunk, and others
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Terraform
- Familiarity with container and container orchestration technologies such as ECS, Kubernetes, and Docker
- Ability to troubleshoot common networking technologies and issues
- Effective communicator who presents information logically and compellingly with limited supervision
- Proactive in recognizing roadblocks and eager to learn technologies that drive innovation
- Ability to identify new technologies and solutions to meet design constraints
- Initiative to implement ideas that solve business problems
