Job Summary
Sr Associate, Service Operations Support will oversee coordination of activities for the Service business, enabling field ops managers and mechanics to spend more time in the field. Responsibilities include supporting operating territory billable and non-billable repair documentation and scheduling per contractual requirements, tracking safety protocols and testing requirements, ensuring material and labor cost align with monthly targets, managing customer billing and inventory, issuing purchase orders and resolving vendor issues, performing iPhone App data management, and organizing warehouse audits, inventory, and shipping. The role requires a high level of teamwork, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a technical environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers
- Self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities
- Comfortable in a technical environment utilizing Microsoft based computer software
- Strong leadership, time management and organizational skills
