Job Summary
Sr. Associate supports Capital One's Students & Grads Recruiting & Programs team by managing HR-oriented program experiences, including onboarding, Experience Weeks, and Graduation for the Management track. Leads end-to-end associate engagement strategies, supports learning initiatives across virtual and in-person formats, and serves as the primary contact for associate issues. Manages program operations (budget tracking, roster management, shared mailbox), drafts strategic communications, and collaborates with Recruiting Partners and cross-functional leaders to ensure a positive program experience and strong talent retention. Requires an Associate's degree or military experience, 2+ years in HR or program/project management, and flexible hours to support event needs.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or military experience
- At least 2 years of Human Resources OR project management OR process management OR program management experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work across virtual and in-person formats
- Experience interpreting metrics/trends (preferred)
- Proficient knowledge of PowerPoint or Google Slides
- Proficient knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and non-standard hours
- Willingness to collaborate with partners across the organization
