Job Summary
Sr. Associate, Rev Ops - Partner Operations supports Sales, Onboarding, and Success within Revenue Operations. You will own admin tasks, documentation, and tracking in Salesforce; maintain records of merchant agreements, incentive structures, and pipeline milestones; support and maintain the telephony system used by the sales team; track bonuses and incentives and flag discrepancies; identify process improvements to scale operations; provide onboarding and success operations support, maintain onboarding status and timelines, and assist with next best action functionality; write and maintain SOPs and process documentation for three functions; work in a hybrid model with 3 days per week in the office, with potential for in-person collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Operations, Sales Support or a similar role
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Attention to detail with strong documentation
- Experience with CRM platforms or project management tools a plus
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet tight deadlines
- Hybrid in-office schedule: 3 days in office, with option to come in more days
