Job Summary
Senior-level research & origination role focused on non-traditional asset-backed securitization markets, supporting collateral performance, cash flow analysis, structural evaluation, and legal documentation review; collaborates with Investment Banks, Private Equity, issuers, and rating agencies to obtain ratings; involves creating term sheets and portfolio/marketing presentations across sectors such as consumer finance, student loans, mortgages, solar, transportation, equipment finance, fund finance, and digital infrastructure; requires strong analytical, modeling, and communication skills, with a background in structured finance and asset-backed transactions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 2+ years Structured Finance analysis experience
- Experience with cashflow modeling, scenario and sensitivity analysis for asset-backed transactions is a strong plus
- FINRA licensed and/or FINRA Associated Person pre-hire fingerprinting
- Strong background in credit research
- Excellent written and presentation skills required
