Sr. Associate, Quality (AS&T)

Job Summary
Perform specialized microbiology tasks for product and process validation, product release, and regulatory compliance. Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses while maintaining and qualifying lab equipment in strict adherence to cGxP and SOPs. Troubleshoot complex issues using advanced technical knowledge and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate lab results into manufacturing. Drive continuous process improvements by identifying quality issues and preventing potential nonconformances. Supports Quality Control auditors as needed and ensures accurate documentation. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and two years of relevant experience, with a day shift schedule Monday through Friday in Sinking Spring, PA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +10 yrs; Assoc.+6yrs; M.S.+0 yrs)
- The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
- 2 Years of Relevant Experience
- 1 Years of Demonstrated Leadership
- Location: Onsite-Sinking Spring, PA
- Schedule: Day Shift – Monday - Friday

- Experience with SPC, MSA, Gauge R&R, and process capability studies
- Strong knowledge of GxP, quality systems, and regulatory compliance requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, in both verbal and written form
- High attention to details and comfortable speaking up
- Self-starter with the ability to follow-up on and complete multiple projects simultaneously with little direction
- Experience with SAP, Kneat, and Teamcenter is a plus
