Collaborate with business development teams and subject matter experts to craft tailored value propositions, developing executive summaries, approach methodologies, and solution narratives that address specific client challenges. Curate professional biographies, case studies, and qualification statements while researching industry trends and competitive positioning to enhance proposal messaging. Incorporate AI tools into daily activities to accelerate research, drafting, and refinement, then coordinate with pricing specialists to integrate fee structures. Ensure quality control through rigorous editing, formatting, and compliance with firm brand standards while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Maintain proposal content libraries and best practice resources, supporting review sessions to incorporate stakeholder feedback.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, English, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in proposal writing, content development, or similar roles
- Experience in the Technology industry
- Ability to work West Coast hours
- Excellent writing and editing skills
