Job Summary
Sr. Associate, Production Planning contributes to production schedules by maintaining material requirements, addressing shortages, and executing supply chain strategies. responsibilities include maintaining material schedules and availability to support production control, tracking material quantities and statuses, supporting material flow within/between departments, forecasting and logging production rates and lead times to meet shipping dates, procuring direct materials, ensuring compliance with GxP/SOPs, generating schedule progress reports, expediting materials when needed, and upholding regulatory compliance throughout operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +10 yrs; Assoc.+6 yrs; M.S.+0 yrs)
- 2 Years of Relevant Experience
- ERP/MRP Systems Experience
- SAP proficiency strongly preferred
- Global Supply Chain Knowledge
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Advanced Excel Proficiency
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
