Job Summary
Lead hands-on administration of enterprise AI platforms, including workspace configuration, access provisioning, and API management for ChatGPT Enterprise and Claude Enterprise. Translate user needs into product priorities, coordinate sprint planning and delivery reviews with India-based teams, and support multi-quarter roadmaps for LLM APIs and coding tools. Maintain usage policies and governance documentation while diagnosing product issues, managing escalations, and developing training materials. Monitor adoption metrics, platform performance, and costs to recommend process improvements, and communicate status updates to technical teams and leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Approximately 4 years of experience in product management, technical product ownership, platform operations, or a related field
- Experience supporting enterprise SaaS, AI, API, developer-platform, or technical-enablement products
- Working knowledge of enterprise LLM products and APIs, including ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude Enterprise, Codex, Claude Code, or comparable platforms
- Knowledge of product lifecycle and backlog practices
- Knowledge of access, provisioning, and support workflows
- Knowledge of prompt and model concepts
- Knowledge of adoption and enablement methods
- Knowledge of usage governance, cost controls, and responsible AI principles
- Strong product judgment
