Job Summary
Maintain and update employee and contractor records in Oracle Human Capital Management, including onboarding, offboarding, promotions, and job changes. Monitor and assign HR tickets to appropriate contacts, escalating issues when necessary, while performing regular data validation and audits to ensure system integrity. Manage compliance-related tasks such as I-9 documentation and background checks, and provide responsive support to employees and HR partners by addressing inquiries. Create and manage position data to ensure accurate organizational structure. Deliver excellent customer service to internal teams including HRBPs, employees, and IT while collaborating on HR projects focused on data management.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative or data entry experience
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities
- Keen attention to detail
- Natural curiosity and a systems lens
- Professional and articulate communicator
- Comfortable interacting across all levels of the organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong grammar, spelling, and punctuation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Demonstrated customer service mindset
- Ability to handle multiple priorities with poise
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and resourceful
- Strong sense of ownership
- Reliability and punctuality
- Ability to identify process improvements and automation opportunities
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Oracle)
