Job Summary
Sr. Associate, People Experience will collaborate with the Business, Country HR and Talent COE to drive talent programs and HR processes aligned with business priorities, including performance management, career management, merit planning, talent reviews, and the Hi-Potential Management program. The role supports global/regional HR systems for the country, champions AI-driven solutions in HR, and partners with C&B, Talent Acquisition, Local Ops and other HR stakeholders to enable managers and improve employee experience. Responsibilities include lifecycle management from onboarding to exit, coaching managers on HR systems, rolling out the Pfizer Voice engagement survey, and driving learning, pilots, and scaling adoption of data-driven and AI-enabled HR initiatives. Location: Mumbai, India; On Premise.
Required Qualifications
- Post Graduate in Human Resources or MBA in HR with 2–3 years of experience
- Any other professional certification supporting the role is an added advantage
- Experience of working on Talent management, Performance management & Org Development processes would be preferred
- Exposure to AI, digital HR tools, and data-driven decision-making will be an added advantage
