Job Summary
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and concerns while researching and resolving inquiries. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction, generate and review reports on card network processors, and monitor transaction compliance with Bank policies. Provide analysis for board and payment network compliance reporting, compile data for audits, and reconcile open items with Finance to resolve outstanding receivables. Perform quality control checks to verify implementation workflows and execute other duties assigned by the EVP. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 4-6 years of experience in payments or card operations, and strong knowledge of banking regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of policies, procedures and updated regulatory requirements
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines, while maintaining focus in a environment with conflicting demands and priorities
- Excellent PC skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Office 365
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field
- 4-6 years' relevant work experience
- Strong experience in payments or credit cards or card operations
- Strong knowledge of Network / Banking Regulations
