Job Summary
Build Power BI dashboards and MI reports to demonstrate ITSM process quality across Incident, Problem, and Change workflows. Maintain Service Availability artefacts, controls, and KPIs against Technology and Business SLAs while managing the Service Availability In-Sight Portal. Drive innovation in knowledge automation using AI and facilitate end-to-end workflow modelling for process improvements. Review trends to ensure services meet agreed outcomes and deploy dashboards, frameworks, and associated tooling independently.
Required Qualifications
- A College or University degree
- relevant proven work experience
- excellent experience in process workflow initiatives
- a track record of accomplishment in complex architecture/application designs
- 5+ years into Power BI Development
- Business process, Technology, Financial Management or similar relevant filed
- Stakeholder Management, within Technology and Business
- Excellent organizational and time/prioritisation management skills
- Certified in ITIL
