Job Summary
Leads market research and develops curated assortments and category strategy to maximize sales and profitability across in-store, catalog, and online programs. Partners cross-functionally with content, ecommerce, inventory, private brand, pricing and promotion teams to optimize product portfolios, maintain item integrity and web attributes, and drive customer-centric solutions. Manages vendor setup, cross-sell/upsell opportunities, and ongoing catalog/web execution. Requires 5-7+ years of merchandising experience and a Bachelor’s degree; operates with independent perspective while collaborating across stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.A/B.S) in Business, Merchandising, Operations
- 5-7+ years merchandising experience (minimum three years merchandising experience required)
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to develop and implement category plans and drive assortment optimization
- Experience with vendor setup, item integrity, content and web attributes
- Experience with private brand collaboration, pricing and promotion
- Understanding of web/digital marketing, ecommerce, and omnichannel execution
- Comfort with ambiguity and strategic business planning
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Hybrid work arrangement with onsite Boca Raton, FL headquarters at least three days per week
- Contract B2B sales motion knowledge beneficial
