Job Summary
Associate Manager, REV People & Labor Product & Operations Strategy Lead at Taco Bell, bridging restaurant operations, business strategy, and product development. Own translating operational challenges into clear product direction; partner with technical product managers and field operators to ensure labor management systems (scheduling, forecasting, people management, timekeeping, reporting) drive measurable business impact. Define problems, shape strategy, and ensure product investments translate into operational and financial outcomes. Role requires collaboration across operations, leadership, and product teams, with travel to test markets (approx. 15%–25%), and a hybrid onsite schedule (onsite Tue, Wed, Thu). Requires 8+ years in product management or related roles, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and demonstrated data analysis and business case development capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
- 8+ years of experience in product management, strategic decision-making, influencing, and presentation creation capabilities
- Experience performing data analysis and business case development
- Self-motivated, adaptable to change, able to make decisions with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills
- Process-driven problem solver: ability to analyze complex situations and make key decisions
