Job Summary
Lead franchise engagement operations by operationalizing processes, managing communication cadence, and driving stakeholder alignment across the Digital & Technology organization for 8,000+ Taco Bell restaurants. Coordinate governance forums and cross-functional activities between Technology, franchise organizations, Operations, and the PMO to ensure operational transparency for major technology initiatives. Translate complex portfolio updates into actionable content for franchise stakeholders while navigating fast-paced environments with multiple dependencies.
